Welsh Consulting is a fast-growing MSP in North Attleborough, MA. We provide IT strategy, support, and project-related services to a wide variety of small and growing businesses. We’re a supportive team that recognizes initiative and rewards the desire to step up, learn, and grow. We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to be our client’s advocate and ensure their satisfaction with projects, service tickets, and day-to-day issues. If you love building professional relationships and have an interest in technology, this role is for you!

What you’ll do:

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with clients to relay information regarding inventory, IT roadmap, and IT related budgets and strategy
  • Work within a team to ensure exceptional customer service is being delivered to all clients
  • Assist with the creation of agreements for offered products and services
  • Maintain and track CSAT scores and multi-department data collection
  • Review/update internal and client facing documentation (related to client services)
  • Update CRM platform and SharePoint with latest client information
  • Assist with onboarding new clients

Skills You’ll Need:

  • Functional knowledge and experience with Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A passion for technology
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Experience in a previous IT position is a plus
  • Quick on your feet and able to make important decisions
  • Ability to effect positive experiences from difficult challenges
